For more than 10 years, I was on a long challenging healing journey.

Then I found the breath.

It changed everything.

Today, I’m driven to help leaders, entrepreneurs and creatives learn to use the power of their own breath to regulate their nervous system - so they can perform from a healthy and grounded place, and enjoy life with more peace and joy.

My Story

For a long time, I suffered from anxiety, depression, an overactive mind, back pain and chronic health issues (SIBO/IBS and eczema).

I travelled the world in search of cures, remedies, and ways to find relief. I tried out everything, studied with and learned from a long list of amazing teachers and gurus.

In 2012, I dove deep into Yoga and meditation and in 2015, I became a teacher myself.

But my pain and search continued, especially driven by toxic relationships, stress and burnout. After all the therapy, coaching, workshops and retreats, I was also led to dance with ancestral plant medicine with my shaman in Ecuador.

In 2017, I discovered the power of Breathwork. I happened to stumble into an introductory workshop for Holotropic Breathwork in Los Angeles. The experience blew my mind.

But it wasn’t until a little later when I had to go through another challenging breakup that I dove deeper into a regular Breathwork practice, learning from a variety of teachers while living in Bali. It helped me immensely to process and heal the loss of the relationship and the life transformation that came with it.

Over time and as I integrated Breathwork fully into my daily life, my anxiety, depression and all my physical symptoms slowly healed and improved.

I had found the medicine of the breath to regulate my nervous system and create balance in my body and psyche again.

In addition, working with somatic therapists and coaches supported me in processing deep-seated trauma from childhood.

Suddenly, I knew that this was my path as an individual and my dharma as a teacher. Since then, I’ve done several trainings and deeply explored the science behind the breath, the psyche and our bodies.

Today, my mind is much calmer, I feel energized all day, my skin in healthy, my gut is digesting well, my body is strong, and my nervous system knows how to regulate itself.

Above all, I am in a healthy conscious relationship with my partner, enjoying a balanced and joyful life, sharing my passion with the breath.

I guide driven and passionate humans out of their heads and into their body.

I support them as they journey into their breath to tap into their innate resilience, fire up their potential and enhance their health. Breathwork Alchemy is the hub for you to learn how to do these things.

Most of the work I do focuses on using Breathwork and somatic practices to regulate our nervous system and to release pain and limitations.

I work with people in a one-on-one capacity as well as in group workshops - both online and offline.
