Hi, I’m Conni Biesalski ✌️

I know what it’s like to struggle with a dysregulated nervous system, chronic health issues, depression and anxiety (and trying everything from talk therapy, meditation, plant medicine and lots more with little lasting success...).

My journey into healing and consciousness started in 2012 and took me all around the world. Eventually I found Breathwork and learned about the nervous system + the vagus nerve. It changed EVERYTHING.

Today, I am a Breathwork and mindfulness teacher trained in Oxygen Advantage, Buteyko and Neurodynamic Breathwork.

My mission is to support you on your journey to a regulated, grounded and joyful life.
